Page 1 of 4 i got riddex plus to get rid of bugs in my apartment, 2 months now and the bugs are still around. now i have to smell the fumes of the spray. a company should not be allowed to sell a product without science proof about their claims. instead of paied off statements from who knows who. i went to the site i paied to get the product to file a claim, there is no where to file one, tried to complain about this product to the 1-800 number i am told this number is for only ordering the product. i told them what i thought about the product anyway.

as mention in the above complaint, most insects and bug are attracted to electronic equipment. i have seen cases where bees have made their homes inside of air conditioning units. These thing attract them. There is no way that this small device can protect an area of the size they claim. Your house can be clean and you still can acquire pests. The environment you live in plays a big part in this. For example, if you live in a wooded area you will encounter pests. Start by spraying your home. Then spray the outside too. that's the best protection you can have and that's not 100% guaranteed.

I was reading the gripes and thought perhaps you guys just got some deffective ones because after selling 15-30 million defects shouldnt there be more comments than 38?

Thanks for the posts guys, wifey and I almost made the purchase when your posts reached out to us, ironicly I cant find a store anywhere with this product in stock. They almost got us

Glad I checked here first. I won't be ordering that garbage. Somebody should bring a class action suit against them for fraud.

I actually just bought this product today. I hope i dont have the same problems as everyon else has. I live in a apartment building that is infested with roaches and the landlord just keeps spraying one unit at a time.

I was looking to buy riddex also but thought tosee if there were any complaints or raves on the product.
I found this site and others like it but no where did I find ANY POSITIVE comments.
Thank you for airing your gripes about this product, you saved me not only money but also the hassel of trying a product that does not work.

i wish i had come to this complaint site before i ordered my riddex. i recieved my riddex in the mail today i am going to send it back and hopefully i will get my money back plus shipping and handling.
