Page 2 of 4 i got riddex plus to get rid of bugs in my apartment, 2 months now and the bugs are still around. now i have to smell the fumes of the spray. a company should not be allowed to sell a product without science proof about their claims. instead of paied off statements from who knows who. i went to the site i paied to get the product to file a claim, there is no where to file one, tried to complain about this product to the 1-800 number i am told this number is for only ordering the product. i told them what i thought about the product anyway.

I didn't buy after reading here. I'm glad I saved the money.
Has anyone tried to go through their credit card to get money refunded?
Many credit cards provide great protection for consumers.
Guess what the credit card companies do after a large percentage of issues with one company costing extra money.

 I am so there, Im not going to stop after I have been robbed. My house is cleaned top to bottom everyweek, even under the fridge, and yet I still have the bugs. Hoping that I wouldn't have to use anymore poisonds around my children and my pooch, I bought Riddex, what a rip job!! I want my money back including s&h and stress!

I wasn't going to post my comment at first, but after reading so many complaints, I want the makers of Riddex to be aware that this site is helping them loose customers  . I hope others who were going to purchase this product does the same. Even if you just let it be known that you were going to buy it, but now after reading these complaints, you're no longer going to buy Riddex. I'm sure someone from the company is aware of and reads the consumer complaint sites. I am so glad that I Googled for complaints on Riddex b-4 buying it. I think I would have lost my mind if I gained an increase of spiders and mice.  I AM TERRIFIED of both!  Thank you to all who took the time to complain. It was very helpful!

Contact the Better Business Bureau at BBB.org
You might also be able to contact the county attorney in the state they originate in, concerning fraudulent business practices, since you're problems and complaints are not being addressed by them. Thanks for the tip! I almost bought one!

I occasionally visit my dad for a weekend just to get out of the dull little village I live in, and sleep in the basement. Recently I noticed they had filled the electrical outlet I plug my notebook into with a Riddex Plus. At about the same time I found that every time I sleep in that room I wake up with what feels like a full on drank-a-litre-of-Jack hangover, even though I hadn't had any alcohol. So I unplugged this device that allegedly uses ultrasonic vibrations to chase away mammals among other things, and the pseudo-hangovers suddenly stopped. Fancy that.

You should all band together to track this scammer down. Hire a good lawyer and a private investigator. Find the guy and let him know what you think of his crap. Hes probably sitting there drinking gin and laughing at your comments while hes smokes his Cuban cigar.
