I bought riddex plus to rid our home of bugs without using chemicals as it was advertised on tv. But all it got rid off was the money in my wallet. It's a joke and the joke is on me, by time I realised this it was to late and the 30 day money back guarantee was over. I wish I could go on tv to warn people about this piece of garbage. Isn't there a ripoff law or consumer group that can file a class action suit to stop this company from continuing selling this item. At least have the consumer magazine test this item then report the results to the public.

yes a big ripoff.cost me almost 100.00 dollars. the damm thing aint worth 1 dollar been trying to contact somebody about getting my refund back , they said money back .. just other lie.does any one know who to contact to get our money back

i bought the riddex plus in august and it is not working, it is a ripoff. i want some resolutions or my money back. was not aware of a 30day back garrentee due to i did not get a receipt exept for the charge on my credit card. 

if you know of any solution please help

Aside from the pletora of ultrasonic pest repellent devices on the market, if you have any companion animals, you very well may be torturing them as they have the hearing range to pick-up the freq. put out by these devices. 

After buying one some time ago, after I plugged it in, my cats tore out of the room and hid in the farthest part of the house.
